He has done many album/single covers for Radiohead and the one I like the most was for Thom Yorke's first debut album The Eraser. They are a series of mini linoprints comped together to create a full image.
For one of Radiohead's album covers, he used one his city 'maps' from a series of paintings he created for the Iguapop gallery exhibition in Barcelona. The Pacific Coast street plan painting was the one used for the album cover Hail to the Thief as that's where they recorded the album.
