Cooookkiiieeee!!

We had a bake-off in the office today, there are always the usual goodies - brownies, Victoria sponge, biscuits...but then one of my colleagues pulled out all the stops and created these amazing Cookie Monster cupcakes:



How cool are they?! Needless to say they were the ones that got polished off the quickest. I thought they scored 10/10 for creativity - they even had a real cookie in their 'mouths' and were resting on a huge cardboard cookie. I've since searched the web hoping to recreate them myself and found out that it wasn't her original idea, never mind because they were delish!
